A strategic land opportunity, providing a 10-acre greenfield site situated adjacent to the existing industrial, enterprise zone and the outer ring road.

Pembury Real Estate acquired the site and have been promoting it through the Local Plan policy review, with a twin tracked planning application for up to 140,000sq.ft of industrial warehousing. Permission was granted in February 2022 and the site was sold in Autumn 2022 to enable the capital to be reinvested into other projects.
