Working with our partners Marchmonth IM and Peveril Securities, Pembury Real Estate acquired the 10-acre, former Moeller Complex in central Aylesbury.

Planning permission was secured for a 185,000sq.ft redevelopment to provide urban logistics and industrial buildings between 20k and 60k sq.ft.

Demolition completed in April 2023 and the site is available for open storage lettings until the redevelopment scheme is implemented in 2024-25
