Pembury Real Estate acquired a prime, 5.30-acre site at Penrhyn Road, Knowsley. The site was previously owned by an Energy from Waste power operator but was surplus to requirements.

Pembury has submitted a planning application for a best in class industrial warehouse development comprising up to 110,000 sq.ft. ABRDN are forward funding the project which will be developed speculatively later this year, 2022.
